Not a pizza, not a flatbread, PINZA! is in a class all of its own. And rightly so.

It is the modern foodie’s answer to a wholesome, guilt-free and ridiculously delicious, hand-kneaded crust. The secret is the 80% water to 20% flour, this ensures a crisp, light, easy-to-digest, healthier and tastier base!

Nourishing, wholesome and completely irresistible, PINZA! is on a mission to introduce our uniquely healthy yet undeniably tasty menu to our community of thinkers, doers, movers, shakers and lovers of life.

Founded in December 2015 as a Dubai home-grown concept, PINZA! founders Tamer and Faisal spent countless hours kneading, baking, and taste testing flour blends in Rome before landing on the signature PINZA! 30 hour-fermented base.

We scoured Italy for the best cured meats such as our bresaola and beef pepperoni, our Italian tomatoes, and all of our cheeses.

Our vegetables are sourced locally when possible, ensuring that we select only the freshest GMO-free veggies and herbs for our toppings.

In 2015, PINZA! opened its first site in Business Bay, Dubai and since has successfully grown to 6 further locations across the Emirate with a further location in neighbouring Abu Dhabi.

Between 2018-2021 we also operated 2 stores in London, UK. 2021 also brought our first expansion across the Middle East with the first locations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

With these two international markets operating successfully, PINZA! is now planning further expansion to become a globally recognised brand.

2022 has seen PINZA! grow even further with the first locations in both Sharjah and Ras al Khaimah opening in January.

With all tastes and flavours covered, and the choice of original or gluten-free crusts, we guarantee you will always be coming back for more.

Crisp and crunchy around the edges, light and bubbly in the middle, Pinza’s bases are the perfect thickness. And if you’re sharing your Pinza with mates, our signature hand-tossed oval shape is designed to be enjoyed between friends.

LESS CALORIES FOR YOUR DOUGH

Simply put, Pinza’s dough is lighter, crispier, tastier and better for you. How? We use an 80% water per kilo ratio, compared to the standard 30-60%, then ferment our dough for a full 24-30 hours before baking. This results in a base that is lower in calories, with just the right amount of crunch in the crust, and a light and fluffy centre. We use only a small amount of yeast and minimal gluten in our special dough recipe, so you can wave goodbye to feeling bloated

POWERED BY FLOUR

We use a unique blend of four different types of GMO Free and no chemical additives flours to make sure your Pinza is perfectly balanced for maximum enjoyment.

Four flours for one perfect Pinza:
  1. Naturally dried sourdough honours Italian traditions and minimises the use of yeast.
  2. Our soy flour and special fibre mix adds loads of flavour minus the extra calories, and avoid the need for animal fats for a naturally vegan base.
  3. Rice flour leaves your Pinza a beautiful golden colour, with lots of crunch.
  4. Soft whole wheat flour is traditionally used to make pizza. At Pinza, we use only the highest quality.
